Smart filling systems is a filling system with
flexible settings for the speed of filling
liquid and raising the nozzle for four
stages of dosing. Four stages
dosing is enough but possible
to increase the number for containers of complicated
form. To reduce vibration
smooth acceleration of the speed of lifting and lowering the nozzle is used.

Conveyor control

Industrial controller of filling system controls the movement of the conveyor in order to avoid crushing of the container and splashing out of the product. mode of operation depends on the volume and physical properties of the container.

Constant conveyor movement

at a predetermined speed is used for rigid containers of small
volumes, which are not deformed when pouring a full dose.

filling liquid and viscous products with an accuracy of ±0.15% and a dose volume from 100 ml to 20 l. A Coriolis flow meter measures product by weight, an electromagnetic flow meter by volume, and dosing over time has a low cost and maintenance cost.

Nozzles lifting servo

moves the carriage using the algorithm specified in the recipe (by default, the recipe contains 4 programmable position points) at a speed of up to 400 mm/s (max 600 mm/s). Positioning accuracy ±0,5 mm. Does not require maintenance and lubrication.

touch-screen control panel

17,5 cm in diagonal is designed for setting and controlling the filling process. The panel displays the current state of the system, indicating errors and reasons for stopping the work. Settings are stored in the internal non-volatile memory.

Semi-automatic closing machine

Designed for semi-automatic capping of consumer packaging in an end and radial way.

End chapping is applied for cylindrical screw caps, radial for caps such as flip-top, push-pool, various sprayers and fillers.
